Greenhouse Kits

Greenhouse kits can be large or small and are typically very easy to assemble depending on the materials that are being used. A glass and metal greenhouse is the most expensive and difficult to build and may require a professional contractor and a lot of time. Smaller kits can be set up in a matter of minutes and there are even pop-up cold frames and mini greenhouses.

Greenhouse kits can be ordered from online retailers and found at lawn and garden centers. It is important to know what size of area will be used before ever purchasing the kit. It is usually better to get a slightly smaller one than one that is too big because they always look bigger than they seem.

There are many different styles of greenhouse kits as well. They can be temporary set ups that are great for season extending and other small greenhouse needs or they can be large permanent structures which allow for complete overwintering. A gardener should asses their needs and desires before shopping for a quality kit.
